JORGE PAUCAR
Professional Experience
Jorge completed his residency at Jackson South Medical Center where he was exposed to a multitude of patients and pathologies. Jorge performed adequate and whole hearted physical
therapy to those in need alongside Nurses, Physicians, Occupational Therapists, and Physical
Therapists. Through this interprofessional care, he assisted patients with pathologies ranging
from Cerebral Palsy, Cerebral Vascular Accidents, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Congestive Heart
Failure, and more. Jorge also experienced a in person Total Knee Arthroplasty and Total Hip Replacement, aiding his understanding of patient procedures. Jorge also experienced a wide range of Orthopedic conditions at Jaguar Therapeutics where the variety of cases was plentiful.
Education
Jorge excelled and completed the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Keiser University. Jorge
graduated in 2022 and earned his Associates Degree in Science.
Personal
Jorge was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in New London Connecticut, where he grew up with his Venezuelan mother. Jorge attended and graduated Waterford High School in 2017. He played soccer and basketball. Jorge is an avid lifter who enjoys connecting his personal experience and
knowledge to his Physical Therapy practice. Jorge attended Three Rivers Community College
from 2017-2019. Jorge moved to Miami in 2021 where he discovered his affinity for the city and
the rich culture.
