DR. JORGE GOMEZ

Professional Experience:
Jorge graduated from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2023. As a student, Jorge was exposed to a variety of different patient populations and settings. As a student physical therapist, Jorge spent time at Jaguar Therapeutics where he worked with multiple athletes and treated a variety of orthopedic conditions. After finishing his completing his doctorate degree in Physical therapy, Jorge started at Jaguar Therapeutics as a full-time Physical therapist.


Education
Jorge graduated from Florida State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He continued his education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences graduating with his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2023.


Personal
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Jorge attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School where he excelled in both cross country and track & field. Growing up with two brothers, Jorge also grew up playing all kinds of sports such as basketball and baseball. In his free time, Jorge enjoys going to the movies and watching his favorite team every week, the Miami Dolphins.
